You (the User) acknowledge that global cosmetic regulations change frequently. The Platform makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. You are strictly and solely responsible for verifying all compliance data with official regulatory bodies and securing sign-off from a qualified Safety Assessor or legal counsel prior to the manufacturing or commercialization of any product.
Under no circumstances shall Smart Formulator, its founders, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, formulation errors, market recalls, product liability claims, or financial penalties levied by regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, EU Commission).
The design, algorithms, and aggregated database structure are the exclusive property of Smart Formulator. Users agree not to use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the Platform for the purpose of creating a competing service.
